Terry R. Modesitt, a Terre Haute South Vigo graduate, earned his B.S. in 1979 at Indiana State University and attended Indiana University Law School / Indianapolis until his graduation in 1982. Terry completed a 3-year law school curriculum in 2 1/2 years and further passed the Indiana State Bar after only completing 2 years of his law school curriculum. Terry taught law classes as Indiana State University for three years. He is married to Karen Kiser Modesitt of Terre Haute and has 2 sons, Jared and Joel.

Chou-Il Lee is a 1998 graduate of Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington. He has served as City Court Prosecutor and currently handles major felony trials for both the Vigo County and Clay County Prosecutor’s Office. In addition, Mr. Lee serves as the City Attorney for Terre Haute. He is experienced in the fields of Family Law, Contract Law, Estate Planning, Corporate Law, Personal Injury and Bankruptcy. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Mr. Lee moved to Terre Haute at the age of four and has called Terre Haute home ever since.

Tricia Tanoos graduated from Terre Haute North Vigo in 1996 and is married to James Tanoos, a 1995 graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo. They have been blessed with two children Michael, age 6, and Lucia, age 2. Tricia is the current Secretary of the Terre Haute Bar Association, a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. In addition to acting as the Terre Haute City Court Deputy Prosecutor since 2007, Tricia's primary practice areas include Medicaid and Estate Planning, Guardianship and Probate Proceedings and Family law.

Jared Modesitt was born in Terre Haute, Indiana and has lived here his entire life. He graduated from West Vigo High School in 200\3, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Franklin College, and graduated from Thomas Cooley Law School. He currently serves as Terre Haute City Court Prosecutor and is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association. He coaches varsity football at West Vigo High School and is a Board of Director for the Terre Haute Children's Choir. His primary areas of concentration at The Modesitt Law Firm include Family Law, Contract Law, Estate Planning, Personal Injury and Bankruptcy.
